Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE)

Abrasion resistant
(Double-coated FBE)

Three-layer polyolefin
  • Choice of polyethylene or polypropylene material
  • Anti-corrosion protection for pipelines at high operating temperatures
  • High resistance to mechanical damage
  • Well suited to reel laying methods
  • Suitable for use under concrete weight coatings

Internal Coatings

Pipe diameters: 114.3mm (4.5”) - 1219mm (48”)

Epoxy flow coat
  • Improves gas flow by up to 15 per cent
  • Excellent long-term adhesion to steel
  • Protects internal surfaces during long periods of storage
High build epoxy
  • Quality assured application process as approved by Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) for potable water

Rough coat
  • Can be applied to all external coatings
  • Provides an increased co-efficient of friction
  • Increases shear resistance during pipe laying operations
Anode pad attachment
